Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for green coffee is 1 x 20-foot container (approximately 18–20 metric tons). For specialty or private-label orders, smaller quantities may be arranged. Please contact us for specific requirements.
We accept Letter of Credit (LC) from internationally reputable banks, Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), and Sight LC. Payment terms are negotiable based on order volume and buyer relationship. We work with buyers to find the most convenient and secure arrangement.
From contract signing to port loading, our typical lead time is 4–6 weeks for standard orders. Specialty and custom orders may require 6–10 weeks. Shipping transit time varies by destination: approximately 10–14 days to European ports and 3–4 weeks to Asia-Pacific.
Yes. Every shipment comes with a full documentation package including: ICO Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, ECX Grade Report, COA (Certificate of Analysis), and ECTMS traceability report. We comply fully with EUDR regulations and can provide GPS farm mapping documentation upon request.
We source from Nekemte (Welega), Limu, Jimma, Yirgacheffe, and Sidama regions. We export Grade 1, Grade 2, and Specialty Grade (scoring 84–90+ on the SCA scale). Both Washed and Natural process coffees are available depending on the season and origin.
